Mind Unwind Yoga
This time is dedicated to allow your mind to unwind from the day. Gentle movement is paired with breath to help release what you may be holding onto. This 30 minute class design is meant to allow you to enjoy being present without worrying about what else is on your to do list. Give yourself 30 minutes to unwind the mind.

Community Give Back Yoga [TC Cancer Center]
This is a donation based class with the proceeds going to a chosen charity of choice.
This month proceeds go to the local Tri-Cities Cancer Center.
This is a gentle yoga class for all to enjoy.

mom moves & macarons
Treat your mom, wife, mom-friend, or yourself to a morning of yoga followed by some sweet treats.
Bring your fun and energy to fill the room with love for all those hard-working mamas.
This gentle yoga class will be beginner friendly. We will move together and then enjoy some sweet treats (stay and socialize or feel free to take it to go).
Class is $20/person.

Beginner Strength Training Foundations
Find your inner strength by working body weight basics to gain confidence and stamina throughout your body. Class may use straps, blocks, balls and chairs, but no added weight is needed to set the foundation for strength training.
This express class is designed to move through the major muscles groups and leave you feeling more aligned with your body to take on the rest of the day.

Foundations - Barefoot Training
Barefoot Foundations is small group training to learn how to properly breathe and load the body for “foundational” exercises. This 30 min class works on full body movement and breathing. The major muscle groups are activated to give you a quick full body workout. You will leave the class feeling warm and more in tune with your body and breath.
Class is designed to be beginner, base layer friendly, or a great tool to come back to you after you have been working out by yourself. Please bring water and your yoga mat.
