Mind Unwind Yoga

This time is dedicated to allow your mind to unwind from the day. Gentle movement is paired with breath to help release what you may be holding onto. This 30 minute class design is meant to allow you to enjoy being present without worrying about what else is on your to do list. Give yourself 30 minutes to unwind the mind.
