Curls with the Girls

Girls only small group circuit style weight training that comes from a yoga mindset. This means we focus on building strength in our bodies while feeling confident in our minds.  

We lift weights to lift our spirits and make life movement easier for the long road.

Classes uses a mix of resistance bands, free weights, bar bell and more.

Beginner, postpartum, menopause, all levels friendly.
