Slow Rhythmic Yoga

“Slow Rhythmic Yoga” connects traditional yoga asanas with your internal motion. This is the class where you want to get lost in the movement of your body.

Rather than holding yoga poses (asanas) we will find sway within the pose. Movement is based off what feels best for you, this could be calm ocean waves to hula-hoop speed.

We will use our breath and body movement to breakaway from our thoughts and dive into the feelings of our bodies.

Class is all levels friendly. Please bring your yoga mat, water, and energy. $15.00

Studio is open 30 minutes before class for quiet contemplation. Please arrive early as doors will be locked promptly at 9:30am for safety.
